In order to meet the needs of busy working people AND based on the fact that the practice of Yoga is over 5,000 years old, we feel it is necessary to set the seeds over a longer period of time.
 
We understand that everyone has "stuff" and we will never be able to make everyone 100% happy 100% of the time, so, talk to us and let us know your concerns so that perhaps we can find a way to work with you. It is required by The Yoga Alliance that you complete 180 IN CLASS hours plus 20 non-contact hours to receive your teaching certification. We are not able to change these guidelines. However, we WILL do our best to make this experience work for you as that is the point of Yoga ~ working with all of the moving pieces of your life.

During the training, in addition to the time we spend in class learning, there will also be homework including reading & written assignments, practice-teaching & buddy meetings.  

We require any trainee who may have schedule conflicts to let us know when applying.
